• No attacks on cities within active alliances. A deliberate attack can be punished with a retaliatory attack if the victim so requests
• Attacks on cities that do not have an alliance or are in an inactive alliance (<=5 members) are allowed
• Do not teleport into the territory of other alliances
• If your city is under attack, please contact the attacker and inform your leaders
• If your city has been attacked, please keep the report and share it with your R4/5
• Gathering spots are free to attack
